The itinerary

DAY 1 - Welcome to Panama!

Arrival at Tocumen International and private transfer to Panama City old town, the famous Casco Viejo. Check-in the best and trendy hostel. Time to know the place, take a drink in the terrace, meet and share with other young guests before nightlife party.

DAY 2 - Panama City to Playa Venao

Shared shuttle transfer to Playa Venao, 350 km from Panama City. Located on a beach surrounded by palm trees, surf shacks and fresh fruit stalls, is a perfect place for young people who wants to make new friends.

DAY 3 - Playa Venao

Many activities like surf, outdoor workout, yoga or a variety of other experiences like kayaking and windsurfing with the help of expert guides. Reconnect to nature in the fairy garden; enjoy live music performances and late-night DJ sets by the open bonfire.

DAY 4 - Playa Venao

Last day in Playa Venao to enjoy the ocean, community fun and all sport activities offered in this popular beach.

DAY 5 - Playa Venao / Santa Catalina

Shared shuttle transfer to Santa Catalina, 290 km from Playa Venao. Arrival to surf camp and check-in. Santa Catalina is the starting point for fantastic ocean adventures and a peaceful fishing village. The main attraction is the surrounded deep jungle with ocean views and volcanic formations that create the best surf break.

DAY 6 - Santa Catalina

Playa Estero is a huge beach formed by volcanic dark sand produced from river and offer gentle waves with large tide changes throughout the day ideal for beginner surfers and long boarders. For expert surfers there is La Punta surf break where the world championship are held.

DAY 7 - Santa Catalina

A short boat ride to Islita, a small island front of Santa Catalina, with local boats give you the chance to stay relaxed in the white sand beach and ocean without waves. DAY 8 - Santa Catalina / Panama City

Return to Panama City with shared shuttle. Arrival to the hotel and rest of day free.

DAY 9 - Transfer to Tocumen International Airport

Check-Out scheduled at 12:00 and left luggage service available for a last tour of the city or for shopping while waiting the time of private transfer to Tocumen International Airport for your return flight.
