Have you ever thought about robbing a bank? What would you do with all that money when the police are chasing you down and interpol has a picture of you in their lounge? Rio and Tokyo, the famous character of the even most famous “The Money Heist” ” (better known as “La Casa de Papel” in the original Spanish language), chose to find refuges in Panama, exactly here in Pelicano Island, one of the smaller islands of San Blas Archipelago. The itinerary

We come to pick you up at your hotel between 5:00 and 5:30 AM with a 4×4 vehicle authorized by the Guna authorities with 6 passenger seats. The car trip will last  2 hours and 30 minutes to Nusagandi (the customs border with Guna Yala region). Here we stop to check original passports (copies are not accepted) and pay the entrance fee of USD 20.00 per person (just cash is accepted). We arrive at the pier in San Blas, cash payment of shipping tax of USD 2.00 per person and we wait for the time to board the launch boat. Departure in direction to the Lemon Cay area, a group of small islands in the Caribbean of Panama, about 40 minutes by boat from the mainland.

This tour will allow you to relive the emotions of Tokyo and Rio, refugees on Isla Pelicano in San Blas to avoid capture after the events occurred in the narration of the famous television series that has achieved resounding success worldwide. Tour participants will be able to wear the same Salvador Dali masks used by the actors to take funny photos on this island, chosen by the production for its small size and for its incomparable beauty. The indigenous name of the island is Ucubsui, which was inaccessible to the public for several years to protect the beach from erosion due to the visits of the numerous boats that landed there every day. Currently the visit is limited to a few visitors who will be accompanied by the local guide Marceliano who entertains guests during the tour, including the visit to the natural pools that enriches the experience in San Blas. The indigenous family will prepare a typical dish based on fresh fish while you will be comfortably lying on the white beach or you will swim in the magnificent coral reef. Lunch served at tables surrounded by large palm leaves used to decorate the environment with simplicity and give the visitor the opportunity to experience an unforgettable day. Do not miss this unique opportunity and book the tour with us!

Return to the mainland around 3:00 PM, arrive at the pier, pick up and transfer to the hotel. Estimated arrival at hotel: 6:30/7:00 PM
