A personal approach
Travel Local Club was founded by Chiara, a travel designer with a long-standing connection to Latin America and a thoughtful approach to how travel is experienced.
Her work is shaped by time spent listening, observing, and collaborating closely with local communities and trusted partners, with the aim of creating journeys that feel genuine, respectful, and deeply connected to place.
Chiara personally follows each journey from its first idea to the final details, ensuring every itinerary is designed with care, balance, and attention — never replicated, never rushed.
Travel Local Club remains intentionally small, allowing for a limited number of journeys each year and a high level of personal attention.

Aysén & the Ancient Hand Caves
Chile and Argentina
A journey shaped by remoteness and discovery, crossing little-traveled routes between Chile and Argentina. Designed around a rare border passage, it leads deep into Patagonia’s wild landscapes to the ancient Hand Caves — a powerful and seldom-visited site, rich in history and presence.
The journey unfolds slowly, privileging distance, silence, and the sense of reaching places that remain profoundly untouched.
Atacama & Salar de Uyuni
Chile and Bolivia
A journey designed across regions rather than borders, moving through the high-altitude deserts of northern Chile and southern Bolivia. Among the driest and most striking landscapes on earth, this route reveals vast salt flats, volcanic horizons, and an elemental sense of space that invites quiet contemplation.
Approached slowly, the journey emphasizes scale, light, and the feeling of moving through places shaped by time and extremes.
Brazil
A journey shaped around contrast and balance, moving between Brazil’s cultural centers and its most powerful natural regions. From the architectural clarity and urban rhythm of São Paulo, Brasília, and Rio De janeiro, the journey unfolds into the vast wetlands of the Pantanal and the depth of the Amazon.
Designed to reveal Brazil in layers, it brings together human expression and raw landscape, offering a sense of scale, diversity, and presence that is both immersive and considered.
Rural Ecuador & Galápagos
Ecuador
A rare quest is to truly understand another people’s culture and spirit. To achieve this, one must step off the beaten path. This journey was designed to reveal Ecuador in its most unpolished form, moving through rural regions and everyday landscapes before reaching the Galapagos, where nature and culture remain deeply intertwined.
Throughout the journey, comfort is never compromised, allowing space for authenticity, reflection, and meaningful connection.
