About this Journey
This itinerary weaves together some of the most soulful landscapes of Argentina — from the mirror-like wetlands of Esteros del Iberá to the eternal roar of the Iguazú Falls — crafting a journey that feels both iconic and deeply personal.
It was born almost by chance, when a traveler asked me for an experience that went beyond the usual, a route that could reveal Argentina’s hidden pulse. They wanted the classics, yes — the overwhelming beauty of Iguazú, the lush subtropical jungle, the rainbow mist rising from the falls — but also a destination where silence, wildlife, and authenticity would take the lead. That request became the seed of this journey.
So I traced a path that would touch the country’s wilder edges. The untouched serenity of Iberá, where capybaras bask in the sun, deer move like shadows across the marshes, and dawn paints the wetlands in soft gold. A place where nature is so close you can feel its breath, and where time seems to slow down just enough for you to reconnect with what matters.
Why do I love it?

Arrive in Buenos Aires and transfer to your hotel.
Tango Dinner & Show experience
Step into the heart of Buenos Aires for an unforgettable evening of passion, rhythm, and Argentine charm. Begin with a private tango class from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, learning the first steps of this iconic dance as anticipation builds. Then, take your seat front and center, with every detail curated for an immersive experience.
Savor a carefully crafted three-course menu—starter, main, and dessert—paired with unlimited Malbec, Chardonnay, beer, water, or soft drinks, followed by coffee or tea.
As the lights dim, a sextet led by Nicolás Ledesma fills the room with rich melodies, joined by legendary musicians from Leopoldo Federico’s and Sexteto Mayor’s orchestras, and the stunning voices of Néstor Fabián and María Pisoni. Five pairs of dancers bring the stage alive with elegant tango, folkloric rhythms, and mesmerizing boleadoras, paying homage to the great Mariano Mores.
Start your discovery of Buenos Aires in one of its most elegant neighborhoods — Recoleta, home to Parisian-style architecture, leafy parks, and the world-famous Recoleta Cemetery, where history and art intertwine. Stroll through the charming streets, passing cafés, galleries, and the imposing Basílica del Pilar, as your guide shares stories of Argentina’s golden age and its most iconic figures.
From here, experience the city like a local — hopping on public transport to reach the vibrant downtown area. Travel by subway or bus, and feel the rhythm of everyday porteño life along the way.
Continue your walk through Plaza de Mayo, the historic heart of Buenos Aires, where you’ll see the Casa Rosada (Presidential Palace), the Cabildo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Learn about the country’s rich political and cultural history while surrounded by grand colonial and neoclassical buildings.
End the tour exploring San Telmo or Puerto Madero — two neighborhoods that showcase the city’s fascinating contrasts: old-world charm and modern sophistication.
This walking tour offers an authentic, immersive way to experience Buenos Aires — blending history, architecture, and local life in a single day.
Escape to the Argentine countryside at El Ombú de Areco Ranch, where a full day of nature, tradition, and authentic cuisine awaits. Begin with a warm welcome, enjoying empanadas and refreshing drinks as the peaceful ranch unfolds around you. Explore 300 hectares on horseback or by carriage, encountering cattle, sheep, horses, and native birds while immersing yourself in the rhythms of a working Argentine farm.
Savor a traditional asado criollo, with premium cuts of meat, fresh salads, and indulgent desserts, accompanied by beverages of your choice. Experience live folk music, traditional dance, and captivating equestrian demonstrations that showcase the skill and heritage of the ranch.
Take time to relax and enjoy the facilities—swimming pools, bicycles, sports fields, or simply lounging in the sun. Conclude your day with afternoon tea, featuring homemade pastries, cakes, and puddings, paired with coffee, tea, mate, or fresh juice.
