Refunds and cancellation policies
Things can happend, if you decide not to use the tourist service after paying for it, you can have a full refund up to 48 hours before the tour starts.
There is no refund in case if:
- we do not recieve any communication
- the communication is made over the time limit of 48 hours before the start of the tour.
To communicate that you would like to cancel the tour and have your refund you have to write us at info@travellocalclub.com, we will do it for you or change it for a voucher that you can spend on our website.
