The contracts concerning the tourist services mentioned in this platform are stipulated between the buyer and the single service provider, who is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the obligations related to the services offered.
These contracts are governed by the law of the country where the tourist services are carried out. In any case, the generally recognized principles of international law will be applicable to the legal relationship between the parties. - Service providers are obliged to faithfully perform the services mentioned on the programs of this platform. The person which purchases the tourist service is obliged to correctly provide the data of those who use the service (that means participates in the activity/visit), who must show up at the place and time indicated and observe all the prescriptions provided by the guides and drivers.
- The prices of the tourist services indicated on the platform include taxes. Unless otherwise indicated, the price does not include any insurance, so customers are responsible for sufficient insurance coverage
- If the customer decides not to use the tourist service after paying for it, he is obliged to communicate it through the platform. In this case, the refund is ruled as follows:
– no refund in the absence of communication or if the communication is made over the time limit for reserving the specific service that is canceled
– refund of 100% of the paid price if the communication is given within 48 hours before the start of the tours
– no refund of the paid price if the communication is given before the 48 hours mentioned in the previous point
The supplier has the right to cancel the service, with full refund of the price paid:
– in case of force majeure (event of any nature, unforeseeable, beyond the control of the supplier, which makes the purchased service impossible, extremely difficult or dangerous)
– when supplier realizes the customer does not possess the physical aptitudes necessary to carry out the activity
Furthermore, the supplier has the right to exclude the customer from the activity, without refund of the paid price, if the customer behaves in a manner that is not based on correctness and education or which endangers the safety of others. - Travel Local Club providers may place their services on other platforms through this platform. In this case the relations between the parties are regulated by the platform where the tourism service is located.
- Users may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit text, graphics, editorial content, data of this website without providers’ prior written permission.
- Users cannot directly or indirectly sell or market the services offered by this website, which are aimed at the final consumer.
- Users are invited to leave their feedback after enjoying the travel service. Customer feedback will be kept in the area corresponding to the activity carried out and will be removed only in case of offensive or malicious words or expressions.

Service providers, in order to satisfy the customer in the best possible way, can directly or indirectly collect (through partner platforms where the tours / transport service of Travel Local Club are sold) user data such as: contact information, payment data and billing, data of the device with which the customer access the services, on line activities, tourist preferences, history of purchases on our site, geo-location, feedback on our services. It should be noted that this list is illustrative and not exhaustive.
Only suppliers (natural persons) and their collaborators can handle customer data.
Users have the right to provide only some of the requested data, even if this could compromise the realization of the tourist service since the suppliers require the information necessary for the fulfillment of their obligations.

The suppliers keep the data for the time necessary to carry out the tourist service or for a longer time within the limits allowed by the legislation of the country where the service is offered.

Only suppliers and their employees and collaborators (including accounting and IT) have access to customer data, which are in no way transmitted to other persons or external companies.
