The itinerery
Day 1: Arrival Arrive at Tocumen International Airport and enjoy a private transfer to the historic Casco Viejo in Panama City. Check in to the best and trendiest hostel. Take some time to explore the area, have a drink on the terrace, and meet other young guests before heading out to experience the nightlife.
Day 2: Panama City to Playa Venao Take a shared shuttle transfer to Playa Venao, 350 km from Panama City. This beach destination, surrounded by palm trees, surf shacks, and fresh fruit stalls, is perfect for young people looking to make new friends.
Day 3: Playa Venao Enjoy a variety of activities such as surfing, outdoor workouts, yoga, kayaking, and windsurfing with expert guides. Reconnect with nature in the fairy garden, and enjoy live music performances and late-night DJ sets by the open bonfire.
Day 4: Playa Venao Spend your last day in Playa Venao enjoying the ocean, community fun, and all the sports activities offered at this popular beach.
Day 5: Playa Venao to Santa Catalina Take a shared shuttle transfer to Santa Catalina, 290 km from Playa Venao. Upon arrival, check in at the surf camp. Santa Catalina, a peaceful fishing village, is the starting point for fantastic ocean adventures, featuring deep jungle, ocean views, and volcanic formations that create the best surf breaks.
Day 6: Santa Catalina Visit Playa Estero, a huge beach with volcanic dark sand and gentle waves, ideal for beginner surfers and longboarders. Expert surfers can head to La Punta, where world championships are held.
Day 7: Santa Catalina Take a short boat ride to Islita, a small island in front of Santa Catalina, for a relaxing day on a white sand beach. For the best scuba diving or snorkeling, visit Coiba National Park, located 90 minutes away. More details can be found here.
Day 8: Santa Catalina to Panama City Return to Panama City with a shared shuttle. After arriving at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to explore.
