In the morning, ready at the meeting point to leave for the collective boat excursion. The tour starts from Isla Solarte in a bay hidden by mangroves called Blue Coconut with crystal sea that gives indescribable shades of color reflected by the surrounding lush nature. After this magnificent natural setting, the tour continues towards Isla Bastimentos. Arrival and starting for an easy 10-minute walk in the forest, during which we can see, with a good eye and a bit of luck, the tiny red frogs that symbolize the area. At the end of the path we arrive at Red Frog Beach, which offers an expanse of white and soft sand bathed by the characteristic Caribbean sea of ​​the area with blue waves breaking a few meters from the shore.
