The itinerary
Meet at the designated point in the morning for a collective boat excursion. Begin at Isla Solarte, entering the serene Blue Coconut Bay hidden among mangroves, where the crystal-clear sea reflects mesmerizing hues amidst lush surroundings. Next, journey to Isla Bastimentos, embarking on an easy 10-minute forest walk. Keep a keen eye out for the area’s tiny red frogs. Arrive at Red Frog Beach, featuring expansive white sands kissed by the characteristic Caribbean waves. Return to Bocas Town around 3:30 PM in the afternoon.
