Food and socialization

There are some who believe that when you go fishing, it is not quite the fish you are looking for. What you really need is a philosophical meditation.

Here in Popoyo the water is full of wonders. Thanks to the rise of the deeper cold waters it is possible to fish all year round, but the privileged fishing season is from April to November with coastal and deep-sea catches. Join our captain on the dark blue water of the Pacific Ocean

The itinerary

The water along the coast is rich in plankton, food for fish, which is why this stretch of sea is suitable for fishing. This activity can be carried out all year round, although the main fishing season is from April to November with inshore and offshore catches.

The trip can start early in the morning or at sunset. We will be on the open sea for 3 hours guided by an experienced captain. Depending on the season, you might catch mackerel, snapper, tuna, mahi-mahi, parrotfish and maybe even a merlin!

For your convenience, this experience includes 2 overnight stays, you arrive the day before the fishing experience and you leave the day after. We have chosen for you a small and characteristic hostel a few meters from the beach, recently built, equipped with a complete kitchen for hosts use, shared and comfortable bathroom/showers

If you desire an authentic fishing trip experience, join us!
